Euranie Cryzz is an Italian digital artist and photographer born in Chiavari, known for her enigmatic
style and the predominant use of black, white, and gray tones. After completing her artistic
education at the Istituto d'Arte di Chiavari and attending the Parallel Afternoon Course at the same institute and Ist Caboto, Cryzz embarked on a personalized philosophical and artistic journey under
the mentorship of Francesca Alessi. As early as 2010, she began a career marked by numerous
collaborations and recognitions.

Between 2015 and 2022, she collaborated with paranormal writer Edgar Atheling, curating the graphic art for his poetic works. This collaboration produced works such as “Il fragore del Silenzio” (2015), “Tenebras et lucem” (2017), and “Vitam Perdidi” (2022), all presented at the first Gothic Event of Ticino.

In 2020, her works “Carezza del Vento” and “Chiaro di Luna” were exhibited at the Gothic of the Night Digital Expo in Verona, receiving widespread acclaim and earning her a subsequent selection for an exhibition at the Teatro Salieri in Legnago.

In 2022, the artwork “Petali” was chosen for the Festival Arte & Cultura at the Arte Galerie Digital by Maestro Tiziano Marangoni, solidifying her presence in the contemporary art scene. With “Butterflies of Peace”, she made her debut at the Panorama International Arts Festival. The year 2023 was significant for Cryzz, as she received the Merit Award for her artwork “Breath of Life 2023” at the Panorama International Arts Festival. Her works were also showcased at the New Digital Art Gallery SeaCity in Southampton, UK. Additionally, she participated in Amantea Comics 2023 with “Viaggio Oltremare”.

In 2024, her nomination for the prestigious Aesthetica Art Prize further elevated her international
prestige. Her work “Fallen”, freely inspired by the namesake tetralogy by Lauren Kate, won the
2024 World Fantasy Art Award with high technical and emotional praise from the international
jury.

**CIT: “Fallen Angel by Euranie Cryzz, winner of the 2024 World Fantasy Art Award, represents not only a pinnacle in the artist’s career but also a work of exceptional significance in the contemporary art scene. This prestigious recognition highlights the importance of her ability to synthesize complex philosophical, symbolic, and cultural meanings through extraordinary technical execution. Observing this work, freely inspired by Lauren Kate’s novels, one is immediately struck by the dark and mysterious atmosphere that permeates the entire composition.

The artist has succeeded in capturing a moment of great emotional intensity, which clearly echoes the dramatic nature of Kate's novels, particularly the tormented love story between the fallen angel and the human.” – From the analysis by Maestro d'Arte Professor Marangoni. ** Cryzz is supported by the Writers Capital Foundation, an international organization that promotes artists and writers worldwide, enhancing artistic qualities and supporting social causes through art and literature. In this edition of the Panorama International Arts Festival, she participated with the work “Anima di Fuoco”, earning the Memorial Alfredo Pasolino Award.
