The artistic career of Moroccan Khadija Khalifi

Khadija Khalifi, born in the city of Salé, is a Moroccan visual artist. My first artistic participations started in the city of Casablanca in 2018, in group visual exhibitions, with diverse slogans, serving human taste and national identity. As for the organizing bodies, under which I had the honor of participating, I mention, for example, but not limited to: the Faculty of Educational Sciences, the Manar Al-Anq Association for Arts, the Youth Forum Association, the Palm Arts Association for Culture and Solidarity, the Zahour Association for Creativity and Culture, Madarat for Culture and Arts and the Al-Tashkeli Magazine in Morocco, the Oasis of Arts Association, the Ayad Lamhour Foundation for Education, Culture and Arts, the Safi International Forum for Peace, Heritage and Creativity, the Faculty of Sciences in Meknes...

The visual arts participations contributed to building and deepening my experience, to work hard to contribute to the process of responding to the calls of culture, trying to embrace both art, peace and humanity. My collective artistic participations reach 65, combining real and virtual artistic gatherings.

Among my artistic works that I have signed since 2017: Reconciliation, Waters of Hope, A Different Smile, Steadfastness, Belonging, A Quiet Night, Humming, To Lapis Lazuli, Paintings of the Fragrance of Femininity, Peace, Life, Clinging to Life, Tree of Wishes, World Maybe 1 and 2, Rope of Friendship, Mirror of Life, Vision, Glow of Hope, Fountain of Optimism.

In this context, the writer and visual artist, Professor Lahcen Malwani, wrote an article about my artistic experience, entitled: The Feature of Serenity in the Experience of Moroccan Visual Artist Khadija Al-Khalifi. The article was published in print by Al-Quds Al-Arabi newspaper on March 11, 2020.

An Egyptian magazine owned by Hajj Alawi, within a non-periodic newsletter, concerned with Arabic calligraphy and visual art, in its 23rd edition in 2020, also discussed my artistic experience. The title of the newsletter was "A Window on Moroccan Creativity" - Part Two. It was supervised by Professor Saida Al-Kayyal.

Some of my artworks were also published in the International Peace Magazine in its eighth edition in 2020, pp. 4091-4094. The painting Tasaleh also appeared on the cover of the book by Moroccan writer Mustafa Laghtiri. As for the book, it is titled "An Attempt to Find Meaning".

In addition to the pen, the pen takes me to the world of literature, so I wrote thoughts, stories, articles and artistic impressions, which were covered by some digital platforms such as: Abour, Maghreb Al-Thaqafa, Al-Arabi Al-An, the Book Guide, the Arab Forum for Writers. The Journal of the Moroccan Internet Writers Union, the University of Arab Creators. "Madarat Al-Thaqafiya", one of the peer-reviewed cultural magazines, also published a text for me entitled "The Game of Assembly", in celebration of the International Day of Arabic.

The digital International Peace Magazine, in its eighth issue in 2020, on pages 721-724, also included two of my stories: The Wish Tree and Autumn Selfishness.

My story "Rayhana" was published in print, in Bayan Al-Youm newspaper, in 2021, issue 4298. I was also awarded a certificate by the Mediterranean Center for Research, after my story entitled "The Quiet Depth" won, published in a collective book entitled "Permissible Speech" in 2019.

I add to this the story "The Fountain of Optimism", which was published in the Educational Leadership Magazine in its first issue in 2021, an annual educational periodical issued by Farkhana Secondary School - Nador. The magazine was prepared by Dr. Hassan Al-Tawil and Professor Mohamed Ait Hamou.

The journey continues, and the building continues. I always say: Letters and colors are twins, searching for trust. If they trust, they smile!
