Rosa Del Forno

Rosa Del Forno (Sofia Hale) is an Italian artist and composer who combine tradition and innovation into a unique artistic language.


 Born in 1962, she began her artistic career in 1993, discovering painting as the ideal medium to express her creativity and passion. Her works, characterized by a strong visual impact and profound spirituality, explore
themes related to the feminine universe and nature, revealing sensitivity capable of engaging the audience.

 

After a long artistic hiatus, during which she dedicated herself to research and training in naturopathy, iridology, and spagyria, Rosa expanded her knowledge by enrolling in 2018 at the Università Popolare di Scienze della Salute Psicologiche Uni.Psi for a naturopathy course. She also completed a course in flower therapy with an Argentine instructor and a course in iridology at the SIMO School. Simultaneously, she worked as an administrative professional in a hospital company, maintaining a balance between her passions and professional life while constantly seeking ways to improve her physical health. She enrolled in a three-year Qi Gong course offered by an original Chinese school, earning a merit certificate.

 

With renewed energy, Rosa returned to the art world, participating in national and international exhibitions and competitions that solidified her presence in the contemporary art scene.

 

Artistic and Educational Journey

Rosa refined her artistic skills through an extensive and continuous educational journey, studying with
American and English native-speaking instructors and specializing in watercolor, mixed media, and ink techniques. She attended the course " The Portrait from Studio to Interpretation" at the International Academy of Modern Art in Lecco, earning a diploma and receiving recognition from the Presidential Council in Rome for her artistic and scientific merits. He obtained a European Diploma in Multimedia Editor at the
ENAIP in Novara with a specialization in digital graphics.

Art and Innovation

Rosa’s works range from manual techniques, such as ink and graphite, to digital graphic tools, allowing her to blend tradition and innovation. Recently, she expanded her repertoire to include digital art, an expressive form that enables her to explore new creative dimensions and experiment with cutting-edge
languages.

 

Her passion for modernity also led her to undertake a Data Science course with IBM, aiming to enrich her approach with advanced technological skills.
